Our idea behind this shirt has so much more to do with following a funny trend. For decades, women were told by society to avoid lifting heavy weights or they would look "manly". They were pushed low-carb diets that focused mainly on never gaining weight. Over the past 10 years women started to rebel against the narrative society was throwing at them. This has started an evolution. Today, muscle mommies are abundant in gyms across the world, continuing to focus on getting stronger and setting an example for the next generation.
